Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel the contract created by our written order confirmation without giving any reason within 30 days from the delivery date.

To cancel the contract and return your product(s), you can fill out the return form with the required information.

Return Process

To return a product to our e-boutique distribution center, you must follow the steps indicated below:

Fill out the return form with the required information. Please note that this option is available within 30 days from the delivery date.
Arrange for the package to be picked up by the courier of your choice. Please note that the delivery has to be done at the return center address. National post services might not offer this option.
Please seal the delivery package accordingly for the product to be returned in perfect condition.

You must keep a proof of return shipment, and we accept no liability in the event that such proof cannot be provided. Only products received by our La Marffra e-boutique distribution center will be eligible for a refund.

Condition of returned products

The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition, the packaging must not show signs of wear and must be sealed.

Refunds

The return costs will be borne by the buyer, depending on the chosen courier’s rates, and the refund of the product value will be made within 14 calendar days of return, via bank transfer.
